BLADE AND BOW BOURBON

Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a unique bridge between the past and the present. It utilizes a rare Solera System aging process—a method more common in Sherry production than in Bourbon—to ensure that every bottle contains a small amount of the original, “last-of-its-kind” whiskey distilled at the historic Stitzel-Weller plant before it closed in 1992. The result is a highly consistent and incredibly smooth spirit with a soft nose of fresh pear and apple. On the palate, it rewards with notes of dried apricot and warm winter spices, finishing with the mellow sweetness of roasted grain.
