The Smoky Ten (Peated)

In the early 1970s, Benriach broke Speyside tradition by returning to the 19th-century method of smoking barley with Highland peat. The Smoky Ten is a tribute to that history. It uses a unique maturation trio of Bourbon barrels, Jamaican Rum casks, and Toasted Virgin Oak. The result is a rich, sweet smoke that feels more “forest campfire” than the medicinal, salty peat found on the islands.
