Wild Buck American Rye is a fascinating example of the “grain-to-glass” craft movement, hailing from the NJoy Spirits Distillery in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area of Florida. Unlike many mass-produced ryes, this is an independent, family-operated labor of love. Produced in small batches using a hand-hammered copper pot still, it is crafted from a 100% rye mash bill and proofed down with UV-filtered rainwater.
